Home course
Greens are looking real good for early season. Like how they grew in the surrounding OB. Nice pace if play. Miss the old pros. Didn’t like not having the range balls included anymore during the week.
Great course, got $50 golf now tee time
I enjoyed my round. Greens were good, bunkers weee in great shape. Rough was solid. One issue is when the cart, and scorecard give you yardages that are 15 yards apart on a par 3. Some areas have way to many places to lose balls, like there shouldn’t be thick brush 1 foot from the cart path. Get rid of some of the areas that swallow up balls, because they aren’t in play for good golfers, and only hurt newer golfers like me, who hit errant iron and wedge shots. However, I’d recommend this course to anyone looking for a challenging but fair test of golf
Had its difficult holes
Loved this course, hit it straight or you’re in extreme trouble or be prepared to take a drop!
What a shame!
Played here four years ago and it was in great shape. I can’t believe how much it’s gone downhill since. Cart path is disintegrated asphalt or mud; ugly weeds are everywhere; rough is unplayable; only the greens and fairways are in fairly good shape. The course seems to be neglected for years!
Ok course, but way overpriced
The course itself is fine and was in good enough shape, but you can play way nicer courses for less money. Everything except the actual course is way below average… most of the on course restrooms are either closed or falling apart, the pace of play was very slow, we saw the beverage cart 1 time in a 5+ hour round and several other things made it a very underwhelming experience. Despite the steep cost to play, the course is getting worse every year, as are the facilities. Skip it.
Disappointed
Hadn’t played here for several years and was sorry to see how much it had deteriorated. Used to be a solid 4-borderline 5 star track. No more.
Still has many positives. Interesting layout, even though the fescue gets ridiculously close to fairways and greens in some spots. Fairways in generally good shape, although there are several with burned-out patches. Greens are a little slow but smooth and putt true.
On the negative side, the cart paths are horrible— should have been replaced years ago. It’s a walkable course and you’re better served keeping off the crumbling asphalt. Nice practice area if they only had decent grass. On course restrooms and water fountains not operating.
Due to special pricing and GN discount I only paid $50–about right for the conditions. Hope they sink some money into it and restore it to its former state.
Good course
Course is in a little rough shape compared years past, but still a good course to play.
Beyond terrible
The Course conditions were like playing a $20 golf course beyond terrible I wouldn’t play for feee
Cats paths are a joke Anyone who disagrees with me should give up golf
Should be embarrassed to charge what the eye I
One cart person for 2 courses
Windy Day
Nice course very challenging and the wind increases that challenge!
We were told it is always windy.
Love Links
Great fun course. Always windy but that’s links golf. Fantastic practice area and driving range. Super friendly staff. Always a good time.
