Nice course
Played here a number of times, some holes can be challenging, fun course.
Condition
This course is in the best shape it has been in years
Course not as good as I was used to
Course is set up nice but upkeep seems to be lacking. Lost balls where they shouldn’t be lost. Just a little work and should be fine..
Be prepared
We did not know the course layout. You do not come back to the clubhouse till the end of the round and the halfway house was not open yet. So get plenty of beer at the start .
The course of rules
Far too many unnecessary rules and the course was in rough shape...
NO carts in the parking lot!..
NO driving the carts off the cart path (even though it was bone dry!)...
NO singles skipping ahead of the 4 foursomes that just started (even though the course is EMPTY in front of them)...
The rough was about 4-5 in. or longer everywhere, except the fairways and greens, with no fringe cut around the fairways, making it very easy to lose stray balls...
The greens were in pretty rough shape in spots...
Weeds everywhere...
This place is too hit of miss. I think I will be skipping it, in the future.
Great Layout Conditions Could Be Better
Course received a lot of rain in the week befor my round which restricted maintenance vehicles on the course and mowing the rough. However the cart paths and greens need help in areas. The layout does not return to the clubhouse and I doing so allowed for the best golf course to be created: holes 7 through 13 occupy the best land on the property and are very good.
Needs lawn maintenance
Grass 7 inches high. If you missed the fairway at all you lose your bail. Lawn maintenance crew were trying to cut but it was so high they literally had to make 3 passes. Lawn maintenance staff was also extremely rude and ran over out balls.
RATES
What happen to the four different rates on Weekends.? WOW 70$ before noon and 60$ after noon for the rest of the day hopefully cart paths were addressed in the off season for those prices jeez...
Slow and overpriced
I like this course (good layout) but I won’t play it again. It was in rough shape: long grass, poor greens, and chewed up tee boxes. But that’s not the worst. Despite calls to the clubhouse, they allowed a group of six “bros” to play together, which resulted in a big gap and very slow play.
Great course, needs better management.
Course is in good shape, had to use cart path only. Cart paths are in very poor shape, which was unnessesary. Lots of leaves on the course and greens. No effort to clear greens until #13. We lost over a dozen balls near the greens.

Great Choice
First time playing this course and why did I wait so long. If I lived closer I would buy a membership! .
South suburban gem
For as many trees that are on this course, they did a good job clearing leaves from the fairways, and around the greens.

This is a nice course! End of the year deal was worth it!
Starter was kind of rude to everyone! Other than that we had a good time

"Invalided" review? 1. I'm not sure that's how you use that word. 2. Sure, it rained all April, but I was reviewing for the middle of May, during a record breaking heat wave. It was BONE dry on the course. I and just about everyone else there was off the cart path, because we all knew how ridiculous that rule was for the conditions, and it was just fine. 3. I was at different local courses the two days prior and neither had cart path rules. And a whole week and a half prior, at one with only the 90 degree rule (which this place NEVER uses) 4. This is not the first time I've dealt with unnecessary cart path rules here. And finally, even if you, for some reason, disagree with my totally valid complaint about cart paths only, how does that "invalided" my entire review?
How can you expect the restriction were different. It’s rained all April. This is a invalided review.
