course is in excellent condition, pace of play was good.

Can’t go wrong. It’s always in good condition and always a fun time.
Solid
Easy and short, but in good shape and friendly staff.
The course was in very nice shape. The pace of play was horrible. Five hours minutes to play 18 holes of golf teetimes are too close together
Nice surprise
Haven’t played here in 2 years. They have really made a nice course complete with landscaping and decent tees. I would highly recommend giving this renovated course a try.
The 5 hour round
Indian Boundary is a nice shorter course with wide fairways and nice big greens.
This course gets a lot of play with many beginners so the play is slow.
I always try to book an early tee time so you can play in under 4 hours. It you play often you will enjoy this course and score well. This course is flat and has many walkers also slows down the pace of play. The don’t space out tee times.
So i enjoy playing here and is often a good value on golf now but I only go at off times or you will be in for a 5 hour round.
Full Rate for 11 Holes
Most things about this place are fine. Not great but fine for a Chicago Park District Public Fee Golf Course. The problem is that they allow tee times to be booked after 3pm for the same price as their regular rate. Everyone knows pace is slow at places like this. You basically better enjoy watching amateur golfers tee off and putt on every hole. There is typically 4 groups on any given hole. My complaint is that you shouldn't have to pay full price when they know your only going to get in maybe 60% of that round after a certain time of day. Have a Twilight Rate that is fair. Golf is expensive enough. Just make a more honest policy about expectations and reflect that in the price.
Great winter round out!
I was worried when I booked this round bc last years pace of play at this course was the worst it could get! Was happy to see a fast pace 18 on a packed warm winter day. They even had a course marshal making sure pace of play was going smooth. Hope to see it again next time out.
