Taking Shape
Displaying highly visible yard distance markers on the course would enhance play. (i.e. 250,
200, 150, 100).
Enjoyed play!
Course
The course was an excellent condition the staff and everyone was very friendly and helpful
$10 replay not valid with Golf Now
Nice course, but greens are slow and rough.
The big problem this year is that the $10 replay not valid with Golf Now. If you want to play 18 holes it is $24 on top of the cost for the first nine holes. That puts the cost at $39 for 18 holes, way more than the course is worth.
Great time at the course. In good shape including the traps. Best I have seen in quite sometime. The staff is doing good
Chicago Heights West
Good little 9 hole course. Good layout and nice overall experience. Would play this course again.
Needs to get more professional.
Overall the course is in very good condition, except for the greens. They are slow and bumpy. Need to be at least rolled. I was told that Golf Now players can not get a replay for $10, as has been done in the past. They wanted $21 to play the second 9 holes. The three of us left, course lost $30. Management has been non-existent the past few years. Why would I pay more to play a 9 hole course twice, over an 18 hole course that charges less. Poor management since John Stanfa left.. Course improvements are nice, but crabby staff and lack of vision hurt this course. Bar is being renovated, no drinks or food.
Better to play early or later. Watch out for idiots!
The single 9:20 Hot Deals tee time booked on Golf Now was in the middle of a ladies league. Jumped ahead with course permission and had two holes open in front of me. As I was hitting my approach to #5 green a guy drove a cart across the green to #6 tee box. Then got behind a really slow foursome that seemed to take forever to do anything. They were playing from all over the course. After two holes behind them, I quit for the day. This is not normal for this course. I will only play real early or late morning in the future. Normally a great round with minimal problems!
Hidden Gem
Very nice course to play. Well kept except for the bunkers but then again most golf courses right now aren't keeping up their bunkers. The staff were very friendly. I'll definitely be going back to play there.
Early golf paradise!
First on the course, fast pace of play, cool breeze makes a great day!
