Difficult golf course. Has rebounded well from 2010 summer. Challenging greens - undulating, usually medium speed. Several holes have cart part too close to fairways. Some fairways are overly narrow at landing area. If you're not a single digit handicap stay away from blue tees. Sand bunkers need lots of work. several are unplayable.
