This course has a boring layout. It is sitting on the flood plain in a very flat area. There are some water hazards, but the bunkers are limited. The fairways are narrow, but there are no woods on the course just a few farm fields in the the out of bounds areas. The course is not long.

The fairways are in generally poor condition and the greens arent much better. Some of the water hazards (lakes) don't have water.

The club house is a small one room building. The biggest attractions for this course are that it is cheap and accessible.
